You will see some of your favorite educators, back by popular demand, along with many new faces, keeping things fresh and exciting! If you have been with us before, welcome back! If you are new to our conference, we know this will be a wonderful experience for you. Going back to school has never been so much fun!

Attendance Policy

The Southern Spa & Salon Conference is a trusted provider of continuing education for esthetics, cosmetology and massage therapy professionals. To ensure the maximum benefit from each learning opportunity, we have established a few basic conference rules, as follows:

• Participants earning continuing education hours must be able to provide photo identification and license number on-site.

• To earn continuing education credits, participants must be present for 90 percent of classroom time. Each participant must sign in and sign out, and proctors will be in each class to monitor attendance. There can be no exceptions to this rule.

• Only those wearing conference wristbands will be admitted to classes or the expo hall. If a wristband is removed, there will be an additional charge for a new one.

• Early registration is encouraged to secure your class preferences and receive the discounted fees.

Confirmation will not be mailed. Packets can be picked up at the Advanced Registration counters after 3 pm on Saturday, November 12, and 8:15 am on Sunday and Monday, November 13 and 14.

CE credits cannot be issued to participants who choose to repeat a course for which they have previously received credits within the last 12 months.

“Having been a supporter of the Southern Spa & Salon Conference from its beginning – and one of its educators for many years – I can attest to the high-quality education it provides. As a veteran teacher of esthetics, I know how valuable continuing education is to our industry, and that it can make the difference between success and failure. Education is not a one-time thing; it is an ongoing process that begins in school and continues to retirement. We who have chosen esthetics as a career owe it to ourselves and our clients to stay current on products and processes. We're fortunate to have the Southern Spa & Salon Conference to help us accomplish that.”
Donn Kerr, owner of Esthetics International

"I love the Southern Spa & Salon conference. This is truly one of my favorite shows to go to as the attendees are amazingly nice, we get to present amazing classes and the overall atmosphere is calm, happy and full of education!
Lori Nestore, president of Eva's Esthetics
